Ghost the Musical
Adapted from the hit film by its Academy Award-winning screenwriter, Bruce Joel Rubin, Ghost the Musical follows Sam and Molly, a young couple whose connection takes a shocking turn after Sam’s untimely death. Trapped between two worlds, Sam refuses to leave Molly when he learns she is in grave danger. Desperate to communicate with her, he turns to a storefront psychic, Oda Mae Brown, who helps him protect Molly and avenge his death.

Callbacks (if needed) will be held in-person on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM at Upright Theatre Company in Euless, TX.
- Performers are asked to fill out an online audition form and submit their headshot, resume, conflict calendar, and a video audition to auditions@uprighttheatre.org of them singing 32 bars of a song in the style of the show by March 14, 2025.
- No singing a cappella, please.

Rehearsals
Rehearsals begin April 7, 2025 and will generally be four nights per week from 7:00 PM - 10 PM, Monday through Thursday, and Saturday between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
Not all actors will be called for every rehearsal.
Performances
May 16 - June 14, 2025, on Friday and Saturday at 7:30 PM and Sunday at 3:00 PM.

Strong singer. An artist living in New York City with her boyfriend, Sam, until he's murdered. Must help Sam avenge his death. Sweet, smart, but too trusting.
